Spam texts · Robocalls · AI voice calls · Spy pixels
Spam texts and robocalls can be worth up to $1,500 each.
Federal law and the laws of Florida and Texas let you sue companies that text or call you without permission: $500 per message, and up to $1,500 when they do it willfully. California adds up to $1,000 per deceptive spam email and up to $5,000 per privacy violation. Zermay Law takes these cases with no attorney’s fee unless we recover money for you.

What could your messages be worth?
What are you getting?
About how many in the past 12 months?
Did you ever agree to hear from this company?
For illustration only. The estimate multiplies messages by the $500 and $1,500 amounts the TCPA allows. It is not legal advice or a promise of any result.
How it works
From screenshot to settlement
Send your screenshots
Tell us who is texting or calling, how often, and whether you ever gave them your number.
Free review
We check the messages against federal law and the law of your state, and tell you if you have a claim.
We go after the sender
We identify the company behind the number, send a demand, and file suit when needed. Many companies settle.
You get paid if we win
No attorney’s fee unless we recover money for you. The texts usually stop, too.
Protect your claim
Don’t delete the messages
- Don’t delete anything. Screenshot each text so the sender’s number, date, and time show.
- Save voicemails and note the date, time, and caller ID of each robocall.
- Write down whether you ever gave the company your number, and when you replied “STOP.”
- Check your Do Not Call registration date at donotcall.gov.
- Don’t reply with anything but “STOP,” and don’t click links in spam messages.
